Young People Together
Young People Together schemes each run for three weeks with the same young people attending for all three weeks. Each scheme has space for 16 young people and 8 staff, we cater for either primary schools 7-12 or secondary schools 13-17.
During 2012 we will run from July 9th to August 17th and be based in Derry (secondary), Coleraine (primary) Magherafelt (secondary), Irvinestown, (primary) Dungannon(secondary) and Belfast(primary).
These schemes are funded by the BIG Lottery and are designed to support young people in mainstream education who have a learning, social or behavioural disability.
The focus of these schemes is social interaction and opportunities to try new activities and make the most of the social ad leisure facilities within the local area.
